Australian Native Landscapes Scholarship

Australian Natural Landscapes Scholarships and Fellowships are a joint initiative of the Australian Native Plant Society Canberra Region Inc and the Capital Region Landkeepers Trust. The initiative recognises the mutual strategic interests of both organisations in restoring and managing natural landscapes  and native plant communities of the ACT and wider capital region.

Scholarship: Research students undertaking PhD, Masters or Honours.

The ANPS/LKT scholarship is aimed towards research that advances the science and practice of restoring, managing and promoting the natural landscapes of the ACT and wider Capital Region.  Projects should place a particular emphasis on the propagation, conservation, preservation and promotion of cool climate Australian native plants or Australian native plants from the southeast region of Australia.

The scholarship should add value to a project or enhance the capacity to undertake and complete the project, for example additional field work, travel expenses, or attendance at a key seminar or workshop.

Fellowship: Researchers and members of the broader community who wish to develop their professional experience, skills or critical insight through specific study, training or development activities.
